| [24] AUBREY IN 2004 ME AND THE FAMILY STAYED IN CRETE AND FOUND IT VERY RELAXING AND ENTICING. THE WEATHER WAS GREAT THE SEA WAS IDEAL FOR SWIMMING AND THE BARS WAS GREAT TO CHILL-ONT IN. WHEN YOU GO TO CRETE CHECK IT ALL OUT, BUT ALSO CHECK OUT THE CLOTH SHOPS,WELL DESIGN AND CHEAP. |

Visit Santorini, THE MOST ROMANTIC island i've ever been in my life! | [33] Gina Gauer I went to Greece in 1989 and would love to go back. My best friend and I took the ferry and were suppose to end up on Santorini, but got off on the wrong island (lack of communcation). The island was Folegandros. Very beautiful and I believe we gave the locals a good laugh. We ended up having to stay for 3 or 4 days until the next ferry came. We had the best time , loved every minute of it. |

Greece has the combination of the beach and sun of the preety Greek islands with a great nightlife and has the glorious and rich Greek history. I particulary like Macedonia, the northern part, that is a beautiful place with all the archealogical findings of the Ancient Macedonian Kingdom and Alexander the Greats father's tomb at Vergina. Thessaloniki is great city. |
