Finally the Lord got tired of such gifts and stopped contriving such tasks, which require fights with monsters. Now he wanted to have fun a bit. He called Heracles and told to him to capture Ceryneian stag (doe) with gold antlers and silver hoofs, companion of Artemis, goddess of the moon. It was quite a problem fir Heracles to find this animal, but when he saw it, he immediately understood that it was that very creature he searched for. There will be for sure no hunts, which would destroy such wonderful being. But it was really troubling to capture it. For the whole year Heracles was cutting ways through in impassable forests, constructing bridges over the mountain rivers and abysses. Finally he caught this animal.
